Matthew has been in the business for over 11 years and has been with Eastern for over 3. He specializes in bars and high volume restaruants.

Formally with Bar Management Group as a new store opener. My duties were to travel and open up bars/restaurants/nightclubs for Bar Management Group that owns such establishments as SUITE, Blackfin, Bubble and other various high volume venues. I would help design and setup each establishment to help expidite service and effeciency.
